ORDERS & SHIPPING
All orders will ship within 1-2 business days of order confirmation unless otherwise indicated. Upfront payment is required for all purchases (including items on backorder or pre-order).
Orders are shipped via either express post $10.50 or normal Australian post $7. Kiki Joias will then email you the tracking number for your order
International orders are shipped via AustraliaPostal Service Priority International Service for a flat charge of $15 International shipments may be subject to additional customs, duties and fees and are the full responsibility of the recipient. These fees may vary from country to country and shipping delays may occur due to customs.

Kiki Joias accepts unused items in their original condition for store credit within 10 days of purchase on any unworn accessories or Fortune Finds. All returns must be in their original condition. Kiki Joias does not accept returns on any custom or sale items. The customer is responsible for all return shipping costs and should send exchanges to:

REPAIRS & PRODUCT CARE
Kiki Joias will repair items purchased through kikijoias.com.au at no charge for up to 1 year following purchase (under all reasonable circumstances). For purchases older than 1 year, repairs will be subject to a fee assessed on a case-by-case basis. We will always do our best to repair your Kiki Joias piece. Please contact us (firstname.lastname@example.org) with specific repair request to determine whether the repair can be accommodated and the associated charge. All associated shipping charges are the responsibility of the customer.
Kiki Joias pieces are handmade with care in Brazil and slight variations may exist between pieces. As a result of the handmade nature of leather goods, pieces should be handled with care.
